Trust & Will, a digital estate planning platform, has rolled out EstateOS™, which it says is the first “intelligent platform” created to modernize the way legacies are planned, managed, and preserved.
The AI-powered platform transforms documents into “dynamic, connected, and continuously guided legacy plans that evolve with life,” Trust & Will said in a statement. The offering is aimed at families, financial advisors, attorneys, nonprofits, and institutions.
“EstateOS is more than a product, it’s an intelligent system that is redefining how the estate planning industry is served,” Cody Barbo, co-founder and CEO of Trust & Will, said. “It currently supports over 1 million users, 20,000 financial advisors, and 200+ institutional partners, tracking $200 billion-plus in self-reported assets and over 20,000 planned charitable bequests.”
The firm said estate planning traditionally relies on static paperwork, infrequent updates, and disconnected professionals. The traditional process ends with a signature; often leaving families vulnerable to outdated plans, fragmented advice, and preventable risk.
